Description

The Aiphone LEM-3 Open Voice Selective Call Master Intercom works with any combination of up to three Aiphone LE Series door or submaster intercoms (sold separately) to enable audio communication with a visitor at a door and with other rooms within the building. Three buttons with LED indicators allow the master intercom to direct a call and communicate with the desired door or submaster intercom. By pressing the push-to-talk button on the master intercom, the user can talk to the door or submaster intercom, and releasing the button immediately transmits the sound from the door or sub-master intercom to the master for 20 seconds.

The main user can listen to audio transmissions from a door or submaster intercom at any time. The audio volume is adjustable, and turning off the power switch turns off the bell alarms of the master intercom. The housing is made of white plastic and is attached to a wall. The system is hardwired to be powered by a 6V power supply (sold separately).
