Play:Great to play: Impact LX Mini features our expressive touch-dynamic mini keyboard. A selection of four Velocity curves allows you to customise the keyboard response to your gaming style. Additional expression control is provided by the 4-way joystick for pitchbend and modulation as well as a foot switch connection. |
Performance:The kick for creativity: LX Mini offers many creative features, such as two independent arpeggiators (one for the buttons and one for the pads). Your settings are available on the 8 buttons for instant access. Part 2 function: Press one of the special "Part 2" buttons to instantly transpose, layer or temporarily change MIDI channel. A creative performance feature! Part 2 can be assigned to Octave, MIDI Channel, Transpose, Layer or a combination of these functions. |
GroovenCreate beats: The 8 touch-dynamic LED pads of the Impact LX Mini make it easy to create expressive grooves and beats. They provide a hypersensitive and even response, ideal for drumming with your fingers. Assignments are done in seconds and can be stored in 4 pad maps for a total of 32 note assignments. |

NEKTAR DAW INTEGRATIONControl your DAW: Impact LX Mini works immediately with any MIDI music software. However, if you install the included NEKTAR DAW Integration software, up to 21 DAW functions can be controlled via the transport buttons of the LX Mini: Control advanced DAW transport features (including locators), navigate and select tracks, open DAW windows, and more. The Nektar DAW integration for LX MINI currently supports: Ableton Live, Bitwig, Cakewalk, Cubase, Digital Performer, Garage Band, Logic, Nuendo, Digital Performer, FL Studio, Reaper, Reason and Studio One. (Nektar DAW integration software is available as download after registration in your Nectar user account.) |
Control virtual instrumentsUse software instruments such as hardware synth: In "instrument" mode, virtual instruments can be edited directly from the 8 buttons of the hardware. With DAW integration you get access to 2 x 8 assignable functions via the page button. Many internal plugins are pre-mapped and creating your own assignments for third-party plug-ins is done in seconds. Without DAW integration, you can use the instrument mode for the DAW MIDI learning function. |
Complete with Bitwig 8 Track DawWith the included Bitwig 8-Track DAW, you can produce and perform like a professional. The software provides over 50 software instruments and effects for use on up to 8 audio or MIDI project tracks (even existing third-party VST plug-ins can be integrated). The also included Bitwig Essentials Package inspires immediately with its versatile selection of hand-picked loops, clips and samples.
