The Connect NEO is our most solid GPS watch for kids. With the NEO, video calls can be easily made between the watch and the app for mum and dad or supervisors. The Connect NEO has been developed for children aged 7 and up. Want to check the weather? The GPS watch has a weather station where you can read the current weather and the 5-day forecast. Set and send the most beautiful moments to the parent app with the photo snap function.

How does it work?

As a parent, simply install the one2track app and control all the functions of your childs watch remotely. For example, you can check the current GPS location, make calls, make video calls, send voice and written messages, view location history, set alarms and much more. You can also recharge the prepaid credit on the SIM card via the one2track app, or choose "Unlimited use" option. You will then pay a fixed amount per month. You can switch between prepaid and unlimited use at any time.

SIM Card Information

The one2track GPS watch comes with a prepaid SIM card with starting credit. In the one2track app, you can see your consumption and can immediately recharge the prepaid credit or opt for "unlimited" use. In the latter case, you pay a fixed amount of 9.95 per month. Billing can be done via the payment methods IDEAL, credit card, PayPal, Sofort, bank contact and Giropay.

One2track uses a transparent prepaid system where the cost of using GPS systems and network management is not included in the call and data plans but is deducted separately in the form of a user fee of 1.25. This usage fee is also used to develop new features and technologies, so you as a customer receive regular updates. This usage fee is automatically deducted from the prepaid balance every 30 days. If the SIM card prepaid balance is used up, the services will be discontinued and the usage fee will no longer be charged. With the Unlimited plan, this usage fee is included in the monthly plan.

You use our own reliable Dutch app, an online GPS platform and our own GSM prepaid network. This GSM network is strictly secured, so unknown and anonymous numbers can never call the watch. The SIM card has anti-theft protection, so that misuse of the SIM card is not possible if the watch is stolen. We also pay great attention to data security. Your personal data and that of your loved ones are therefore maximally protected.
