IBD Introduces dehydrate, nail dehydrator and pH balancing agent. It is used on the natural nail prior to polish or artificial nail applications. It removes oil traces and pH balances the nail leaving a clean balanced surface. Use dehydrate before polish, prior to base coat or natural nail treatment.
