Description

Application/Feature : Our loose stone binder is a harmless, easy to use product that leaves stones stuck together. The binder is recommended to hold clean stones with a diameter of 5mm to 18mm in place. Our binder is not suitable for heavily stressful surfaces such as for the traffic of motor vehicles. The gravel binder is ready to be brought, for indoor and outdoor use, breathable, diffusible, weather-resistant, permeable and ensures optimal stability between the stones applied. Tools/processing method: our binder / gravel binder can be processed by different methods. 1. Pour with a watering can. 2. Spray on using a syringe or airless sprayer. 3. Painting with a brush or brush. Processing: apply the gravel binder undiluted and evenly, do not process below 5 °C and expect a subsequent 24 hour drying time. The stones to be treated should be clean, dry and grease-free to achieve optimal adhesive strength. Wrap or rinse the tool in film during work breaks. Drying time: the gravel binder can be reworked after 48 hours at the latest. Low temperatures or high humidity can delay drying. Please note: within the next 24 hours after processing, you should avoid precipitation, as this can lead to removal of the liquid on the stones. Consumption: when processing by means of pouring, the consumption is approx. 0.8 l / m² - 2.5 L / 3 m². Spraying is approx. 0.5 l / m² - 2.5 L/ 5 m², the consumption is approx. 0.6 l/m² - 2.5 L/ 4 m².
