In addition the rustproof stainless steel knife has been electrolytically polished in a special process. This allows for a particularly smooth finish and an even cutting edge. The Eidre Sultate are therefore more precise and the knife can be cleaned easily. Last but not least is created by the polished an elegant high gloss look. The electrolytically polished knife is available as a serrated knife or as a sandwich/Slicer Knives with a smooth blade.
